To return an item you ordered from iDOOworld.com, please fill out the warranty registration form on the website to ensure faster processing.
A pre-printed return label will be sent to you after your contact with the customer's services team for your convenience. No CODs will be accepted. iDOOcannot be accountable for lost returns.
To avoid any extra charges, please include all original packing materials, manuals, and accessories with the product. All products must be returned in its original packaging and in a saleable condition. Wearable items should be unworn.
